I really like the finishes you've added to the stove and the tiled base is so pretty. Its neat to see how the bathroom fits in with the loft, I think you did a great job with the layout. Just a little time consuming.

The Loft is one of the earlier Creatin' Contest kits. I made another half to it so I could make it close up. But more elaborate stairs will work in it because everything else is so simple.
Sheilahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11074992134112478195noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7927995920080917290.post-33914089043525344552019-05-07T19:06:30.513-05:002019-05-07T19:06:30.513-05:00Thank you! Your parlor stove just looks so real it...Hi Sheila! Your parlor stove just looks so real it really fooled me for a minute or two! I have lived with cast iron stoves... so I know what they look like! Great work! And the books look great too... I should look into kits for my shelves in Hardwick Hall... so many details still to complete! As for your loft.... I am still not clear about the layout of that kit, so I am constantly trying to place the parts you are showing! The bath area is coming together... the window could be filled part way in with the top section being a "clerestory" window... and that way you would ensure privacy for the residents too! :) The stone texture for the sink looks wonderfully "industrial"! And I just think your spiral stairs are awesome! I sort of like the simpler lines of the one for the shop. I can't wait to see more! I think that's a much better location anyway--much harder for a toothbrush to accidentally fall in the toilet. ;-) I have great empathy for you on the books. This will work out even BETTER when peeping through, providing a clear view of the entire unit including its towels. :D

elizabethelizabeth shttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09042037455600427075noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7927995920080917290.post-79344051446526880202019-05-06T10:49:09.647-05:002019-05-06T10:49:09.647-05:00The stove aging looks wonderful and I LOVE your ti...The stove aging looks wonderful and I LOVE your tile floor protector plate!
